In July 2020, our company specially designed a customized manual pump set for the maintenance team of a well-known Japanese brand CNC lathe, and successfully completed the delivery. The complete set includes hand pump, tool box, gasket, tubing, fuel tank, etc. The compact and lightweight design is convenient for customers to carry, and can go to different construction sites for maintenance and installation operations. Combined with the personalized customized toolbox, it demonstrates the brand value. Visit the customer's installation equipment site, and compare and analyze the tools used by the customer's site. And based on the customer's suggestion, an optimization plan is proposed, which will provide a better experience for on-site use.

In the verification test, the hand pump is equipped with an unloading valve. After the pressure is released, the speed is stable and controllable. The factory site verification test is passed.
